Band we have the Christmas Concert coming up on December 13 @ the Miller Performing Arts Center at 7:00pm. This is all students 5-8 grade band and attendance is required.
IPB Band 6-8 grade will have rehearsal after school on December 6 from 3-5pm. Permission forms will go home on Tuesday.
5th grade band instead of combined rehearsal will have sectionals on Mondays after school.

1:35-2:20 6th grade
2:20-3:05 7/8 grade
Band, I hope you are all enjoying your summer break. Please, don't use your instruments as door holders instead the goal should be to practice 3x per week.
Additionally, incoming 5th graders instrument try it day will be on August 18. We will go through the try it process in groups of 20 or so and let all 5th graders try it.

So glad to be back from Christmas break. I look forward to seeing you all. Please bring books, pencils, and instruments for 6-8 graders on Tuesday January 4th. 5th graders are having their Winter party. They may bring a snack, drink and a favorite board game. However, they will need instruments on Thursday January 6th. Percussionists will need drumsticks. We are focusing on snare drum second semester and will be adding in more instruments shortly.
